Very funny. A bit different to Apatow's usual more light-hearted films. Still many laughs.

I might recommend this film, it was a bit long I found myself bored in some scene but there was few but some funny parts. I give this 3.5 stars if I could this is good in the fact that this is the real life of someone going through medical difficulty. I like that the husband did his own play in the movie not an actor.
