The acting was good. Gary Oldsman did a fantastic job as his role. The storyline was entertaining and kept me interested. I enjoyed learning more about the history of that impacting event, looking at the behind the scene.

Hard to understand speaking voice of Churchill

Acting was good, but it could have been better written and directed. Street scenes of everyday people walking through the streets looked phony. I think I understood what the director and cinematographer were trying to do, but it didn't work. Despite the length of the picture, I was not bored. The story was interesting because I learned things I didn't know, such as how much Churchill was opposed and the difficulty of getting England to oppose the Nazis.
