It was overall enjoyable. Great production quality and sound. It was fun to re-explore trainspotting and all of its characters. However lacking the more genuine youth and angst that made the original so great made the film a little lackluster. Trying to retain that original energy took away some of the sincerity of the film's themes (running from personal demons, balancing nostalgia, forgiveness, etc) that could have made T2 Trainspotting a truly great film. Loved the opportunity of watching.

I feel like it was a movie created for the fans. It started out slow, but I enjoyed the second half. Not the greatest sequel but I enjoyed it. Had it's funny parts.

Entertaining with European type comedy, kept me interested throughout with a good ending

It was a little hard to follow the storyline but others around me commented that they really liked it.
