I loved every bit of this movie. Especially how Ann and CP fought back and forth and Ann was not afraid to stand up for what’s right for African Americans for the same education. Love the fact that CP read the mission statement about the KKK it pretty much gave it a loophole for black to gain equality education.

This movie was fantastic! Taraji and Sam did a fantastic job depicting these wonderful people. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about Black History but this is one story I had not heard of. But after viewing this film I was amazed at the friendship that came about from hate. What a great example to set for generations to follow.This is a wonderful story!

My husband and I were absolutely amazed and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this film. The message--the acting--the teamwork--the history--the inspiration! We couldn't stop talking about it on the way home and how we were just in awe in the script. This film was important and much needed in today's climate of race, communication, teamwork, history, and real resolutions that work. It was HONEST!!! And that is what resignates as well. Everything was presented with taste and tact, but still so powerful that you couldn't help but be in awe. We've been sharing this film and telling others its a MUST SEE because it's definitely Award-winning!!!! I'm ready to see it again when officially released!
