Really well done. My only drawback would be that if this film were R rated, it wouldn't lose it's audience. Plus we would've been more exposed to the the horrors the Turks inflicted on the Armenian people in the early 20th century. But overall, BRAVO for bringing this true story to life!!!

Not your typical love story. Wonderful real life lesson and enough action to keep you interested.

I didn't know or understand a lot of the history or background about why the Turkish army was killing the Albanians. Seemed a little long to me- but it might have had something to do with the movie Nextdoor being so freaking loud for over half the movie that we could barely hear The Promise on our own screen! Def. going to come up to speed on the history so I can understand the movie better.
