I enjoyed this movie.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of this genre, Life Itself is a very captivating movie. Wonderful performances from an ensemble cast and stories that pulled me right in. I didn't love the ending, but I still very much enjoyed watching and getting to know these characters.

College sweethearts Will and Abby fall in love, get married and prepare to bring their first child into the world. As their story unfolds in New York, fate links them to a group of people in Seville, Spain, including a troubled young woman, a man and his granddaughter, a wealthy landowner and a plantation manager.

I enjoyed it. A nice story of life, with love and tragedy, intertwined among different families and generations. It broached on some dark areas, but mixed in some light humor and a nice change of scenery and different characters.
