The acting was great but the character wasn't very likable. The story wasn't deep enough. It's almost like the story started in the middle and I was supposed to know what happened to this character before the movie began.

as much as I like Mr Washington's films, I can't recommend this one. There was no connection with his character, just someone in his early 50's who worked behind the scenes in a law firm. When his boss dies, he goes to work for another law firm headed by a cut throat boss. He gets thrusts into the forefront of the business where his morals collide with what must be done for the clients. And yes money does tend to corrupt, but does it win out?

It got boring

Not what I expected from a movie with Denzel. It didn't seem to be easily followed, as far as the story went.
