Has great action, has a bit of comedy overall very good film

a Chinese man's daughter is killed by a rouge IRA group and he uses his former US Military Special Forces training to flush out the suspects himself

It was a great film. It exceeded all my expectations.

Great film! Vintage Jackie Chan, lots of action, good story and I would watch it again.
