It felt like a blend of E.T. and Interstellar, emotional, ambitious, and visually engaging. We really enjoyed it. That said, it could have been shorter. The ending felt drawn out, like the story wrapped up more than once and couldn’t decide where to land. Still, it’s a heartfelt, feel good film, and Ryan Gosling gives a grounded performance that keeps you invested.

A very imaginative film that takes the viewer on a journey deep into space with amazing visual experiences.

It was the best movie that I've seen in a very long time. It brought in all the right elements to make it a classic movie. It had adventure, suspense, it touched your heart, it had humor through out the whole movie, it is fun for all ages. Ryan Gosling did an award winning performance. My children that have read the book said that it is the closest adaptation to the book of any movie that they've seen. I have already went to the theater to watch this movie again & loved it again. I highly recommend this movie to everyone. Thank you for producing a movie that I will watch over & over.

Amaze. Amaze. Amaze! This is one of the best films that I've seen in a while. I loved how funny it was for such a serious plot line. The casting couldn't have been more perfect. The colors, the song selection, the heart of the story...I really enjoyed everything about it. While I haven't read the book yet, those that have, had told me that this adaption is very much in line with the novel. I've already recommended this to SO many people and I will likely go see it again.
