A faithful and visually stunning adaptation of the first have of the book. I really enjoyed it.

This was by far one of the most well crafted and beautifully sequenced films that I've seen in a long time. The story telling, casting, and acting was superb. The shortest feeling 2.5 hours I've ever sat through, I was engaged and captured the entire time. It ended with a cliffhanger at the perfect point, and I am eagerly awaiting the continuation.

Epic. Now I better understand the Dune storytelling combined with amazing and creative cinematography. Audio is incredible especially the scene rallying the Imperials was palpable. Must see for all scifi fans.

It was amazing. Very true to the original of the 80s.
