It was excellent! I loved reminiscing about life in the heights! \rIn the Heights displays the talent and passion of Latinos who dream big in the midst of adversity!

There are so many moments that stood out for me - for example: seeing Lin's entrance as Piragua Guy, the FX details on the fence at the start of "When You're Home", the ghost of little Nina, The ChiChi Larue dance moment at the club, Abuela Claudia's solo (g-d sooo beautiful), Nina and Benny on the fire escape, and then that half-closeup moment just before Usnavi and Vanessa kiss. It's brilliant!

This is how you adapt a stage musical to the big screen!

I loved the movie. The only thing I would change is the "dancing on the building" scene. For some reason, it took me out of the story. Otherwise, it was perfection.
