The movie was well rounded in story. I enjoyed the characters I cared about the characters. But the ending was unsatisfying. The Climax at the end just killed me in the sense of saying that's it that's the ending. Not sure on the writing from English to Spanish in the story if it makes more sense in the Spanish movie or screenplay. I guess it all comes down to was the movie believable enough and the ending did not betray that.

not really a great film i was expecting a little more action and it seemed like alot of the actors phoned in their performance in this movie

It was an ok movie, the story line was pretty far fetched. Parts of it were way too loud to enjoy.

It had an unrealistic beginning regarding how Miss Bala gets entangled with the drug kingpin, corrupt police and DEA. If you believe she is so gullible, then the movie is predictable in the violence and her self reliance to find her friend and escape.
