It was very scary. I enjoyed the movie very much. I highly recommend it.

This film made me jump a few times. La llorona is pretty frightening looking and I think the film makers did a great job making her come out in the movie.

The movie kept me on edge, I would recommend movie goers seeking an adrenaline rush to go see this!

Good retelling of folk tale, using a plausible plot to get the family in danger. Performances are strong and sound effects were awesome adding to scares. We also thought the child performances were terrific. Overall a few too many jump scares, but very well done.
