A disaster movie with not very much natural disaster to look at. The most shocking thing besides when the son was taken, was that there wasn’t much comet destruction to see except when they turned on televisions.

Same trite apocalypse, world destroying, survival movie that's ever made. Hollywood keeps churning out the same old, same old and hardly ever has any new ideas. It's sad but I suppose these "blockbusters" make them money. That's why I hardly ever actually pay to go see a movie because it's too expensive to go to the movie theater and waste money on these duds.

Maybe viewers under 22 years of age might enjoy Greenland, but this theme was very popular in the 90s and early 00s. This seems to be a weak composite of several past films such as 2012 with John Cusack, Armageddon, Deep Impact, Meteor, The Day After Tomorrow, Volcano, Dante's Peak. A little comedy would have helped instead of taking itself so seriously. Maybe when they arrived at the Greenland base they could have been greeted by Betty White or Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg.
