Really enjoyed it. A worthy sequel. Loved the pace and expressionistic style and was consistently engaged and invested. Surprisingly emotional, and full of great performances. Was not super into the Veronika character, as I felt she was underdeveloped for how important she turned out to be. Also not super invested in the brothel. Still, I cared about these characters, who all had great moments, and I was satisfied with the endings the film gave them. Sick Boy was consistently a highlight.

The movie wasnt as good as I expected, you really had to watch the first one to know where the second one really left off, so I had to keep reminding my friend what was going on as I had seen trainspotting 1 a few months ago on tv. I love that all the original actors were there even the smaller roles. They left a few story lines unfinished but most things were pretty believable in the movie.

Crazy start, more of a porno film, than to my liking in the beginning. Almost walked out. Seems my heart went out to the girl from Bulgaria. I had a feeling she was up to something. Male craziness was over the top. Womanizing not cool. Hope the young folks can learn from old folks ills. Booze is a problem as cocaine and herorin. If this was the focus, point made. I read the movie for semi-intelligent, immature, yet engaging people. Acting was up to snuff, a little rough on editing.

Movie was very interesting, for me--it was all over the place. It was funny at times and I feel that the ending didn't completely wrap the story. I understood the plot but the ending did not make sense. I enjoyed the character of the junky friend.
