very slow and boring and predictable...just a bunch of angst and fighting...I left the screening a little over half way thru as i couldn't even finish it was so bad! and i love gerard butler!

Great action scenes and special FX. Story seemed too similar to other movies: 2012, The Day After Tomorrow, Armageddon.

I thought it was a poorly executed concept. There were no where near enough destruction scenes. Weird for an end-of-the-world movie. The was too much focus on the family’s relationship and problems.

Love these actors but the movie was to slow and just not great!
