Not something i generally go see but everyone was cast perfectly. The relationships between friends, family, teachers all were captured in a way to relate to everyday life. Humor throughout the movie, great transitions in the tone from one scene to the next.

This was the first movie I've seen in quite awhile where I knew halfway through that I loved it! The style of the film, the cinematography, the acting; it all worked so well. In reading a synopsis of the movie, you might think you can tell how it's going to go, but the filmmakers take what could have been a typical teen dramedy and make it completely original and fresh.
