I enjoyed it. At first I was unsatisfied with the ending, but thinking back on it, it was quite realistic, and I guess it also fits the theme of "in limbo." The actors were all very good and the script was not too corny, which sometimes happens with these high school dramas.

Finally a different yet honest "coming of age" story where the common struggles of everyday life are intermingled with true tragedies and show the difficulties of closeness between two individuals. I highly recommend this film, especially to teenagers and their parents because it presents how adults and teens develop their own lives separately and under the influences of others of the same age group or not. CHEMICAL HEARTS doesn't take the development of teenagers into adults lightly; paints neither a purely rosy picture or a dark one of growing up but an honest one of how this happens.

I thought it is good definitely for teenagers. The rating (except for the bad language) should have been lowered.
