Those that have seen the original will love all the callbacks as there are many. There definitely is a lull after the first half hour but the last 45 minutes is filled with action and emotional impact. Tom Cruise gives everything in reprising the role.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a lot of heart throughout the whole movie. I think only one swear word out of Miles Teller's mouth (which really didn't need it). The movie was worth recommending to friends.

First half of movie is slow, but picks up big time in second half. Flying scenes are great. Worth going to movie and see on big screen.
