Fun & surprisingly light fare despite the gloominess it could have adopted, with well-crafted action scenes & beautiful shots highlighting the film's motley assortment of characters in a near-future dystopian setting that manages to feel fresher than the usual fare. It won't change the world, but it's an entertaining way to spend a few hours, which is more than a lot of other movies can say.
