I would have enjoyed it more if it had more details about Whitney Houston's life and less songs. I did appreciate the glossing over of the beatings she received from husband B. Brown (no need to show Houston's battered body) although it made Brown appear less guilty than we all know he is. Too bad the one person that had Whitney's back was screwed over by Whitney herself. Excellent acting &music.

The movie was interesting. It took a different focus than expected. The lead actress did a good job. I thought the ending could have been better though.

The movie was good overall. The actress was phenomenal. However it was weird how much they focused on her relationship with Robyn when it went against what she said and wished for while alive. It felt kind of distracting in the movie vs adding to the plot line.

Pretty good movie. The lead actress was great at capturing Whitney's mannerisms and her lip syncing was flawless!
