The story develops very slowly and when the mood of the scenes start to become intense there's an immediate let down. More of a suspense thriller than the horror I was expecting.

We stayed silent throughout the movie. It was a quiet movie with parts being suspenseful. I don't recommend my friends to see it..

Hard to follow, the language is old English, and the plot is not really understood why they are doing what they are doing. Also the music in the movie stings your ears. The movie wasn't scary, but difficult to follow. I wouldn't call it a horror movie but rather a historical movie.

The Witch was seriously one of the most effed up movies I have ever seen. Seriously.
