I loved this movie! The cinematography was gorgeous, the plot was captivating, and the acting was phenomenal. While a little slow in the middle, it was exactly what I wanted from an adaptation of Little Women. Additionally, I thought that each of the main actresses did an excellent job portraying some sort of feminist idea and theory. Compared to other movie adaptations, this particular film allowed each character to grow in a feminist way that other versions have not. Can't wait to see again!

A well done remake of the original Little Women movie. A new twist to a lovely story. Kudos! Beautifully acted!

A gently told and cleverly reconstructed version of a traditional story that feels classic, yet modern. The revisionist ending may offend purists, but offers a fresh interpretation on what is otherwise a spiritually faithful rendering. Visually lush, with tender performances.
