Slow moving

It was very slow

I was expecting more. The way the movie started led me to believe that was going to be the main point of it, but the relationship with Maya (girl) and his partner just didn’t fit in. What was the point of it? I was expecting more and was left disappointed.

It had lofty aspirations of advocating for social justice, which I admire, but it fell short. The main character wasn’t particularly endearing adding to the movie feeling slow and long.
