I thought it was kind of slow moving, but my friend loved it!

Was disappointed, wasn't a bad movie but could have been a lot better

The plot was unoriginal, the characters under-developed and the dialogue was pretty lame. The acting, on the other had was great. Well- except for the decision to cast Ryan Reynolds but at least you killed him off first. The ending was predictable. The Martian looked like a mix between an octopus, plant and lizard--- not the most creative execution. The quality of the graphics could be better. And the cinematography made the audience experience a mix of stress and nausea.

The star-studded cast was great. The story wasn't very original, and has been done better by other sci-fi franchises. The visuals were good, but the predictable ending was a groaned. I hope there isn't a sequel.
