A solid sequel after so many years away. Not as visceral as the first one, and the characters make some stupid decisions, but there's some great legitimate scares, and a group not afraid to use technology in their investigation.

It the exact same movie as the first

The skakey camera footage style is not something I liked. The plot also did not push the boundaries of a movie like this pretty far. There were some cliches. The story was enjoyable, but it left me wanting to learn more of the Blair Witch legend and story which I wish it had done more of. The scares and tension kept me on the edge of my seat but the movie left me more with an anxious feeling.

Having seen the original in theater, this one seemed very similar in that it was almost a relaunch of the original except more up to date with cameras and CGI. The pop up scares were good, camera movement would make anyone with motion sickness possibly very nauseated. All around a great movie, and great experience
