Very good film even for non fans. Very much like the first film. Only thing I was annoyed by was taking the same plot device from Singin in the Rain when talkies were an issue and how they dealt with it. Exact same thing.

It delivered on everything i expect from Downton Abbey and wrapped up some bittersweet story lines. I would have liked a little more attention to Barrow’s future storyline. It would have been poignant to hear some of Barrow’s doubts. He’s finally going to be able to live honestly as himself, but he’s making such a big decision to start a life with someone he doesn’t even know yet. In order to be himself, he still has to take this big risk.

It flowed really well. Good story lines. Enjoyable character.
