This movie essentially is a heist movie with crooked cops. While the actors in this movie are diverse and recognizable names, the plot leaves much to be desired. The most enjoyable part of the movie is the execution of the heist, and everything in between is pretty pointless as it doesn't lead to much character development. Overall, an ok action flick, but better to catch on cable.

The movie started out very interesting with the bank robbery. But it got way too much when stories started getting complicated with the addition of 5 + characters. A solid 3 1/2 stars
