Great movie. I intially thought it was not going to be good, but was so surprised it was, and it was funny too. However, I did not like the ending - it was so abrupt and could have continued. Like the ending could have showed one of her monologues or even better yet showed some bloopers - that would have made the movie perfect.

The interaction between the characters played by Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson is extremely entertaining.

Well-written material presented by a talented cast. An enjoyable night out!

I really enjoyed the women comedians in this film. I absolutely loved Mindy Kaling’s one liner clap backs when someone would insinuate she was a diversity hire. I thought the movie was a realistic humorous depiction of being a female working in a male dominated environment. However there were some moments I felt fell flat because they crossed the line when joking about race or gender. Overall though I haven’t laughed that much during a movie in a really long time.
