Overall it was a good movie but there were SO MANY things that happened to cause more turmoil in the action that was already there. We know it's a movie but there just cannot be THAT MANY things that happen throughout a story. Then, when things should have gone wrong, they didn't. Like no one else was injured or killed in the plane crash - only the pilots died after crashing into a mountain? No one got jostled around? When the doors were opened after the 9 months underground, it would have been nice to get glimpse of what happened next to restart life as we know it.

It was good. This is not my favorite type of movie. I prefer light romantic comedies. It was an interesting way to attend a screening.

At first it was a little slow and predicable. Then it turned to be suspensfull. I like the way I thought it was about to end and then it became more intense. Then it became cheesy with wuestions concerning the son's . So the journey startred because of his health issues but there was nothing else mentioned about it after leaving the nurse. They traveled without his meds. That was like what was the purpose. So for that I gave three stars. It reminded me of the mivue San Andres with less action. I would recommend others to watch. I would really be interested in others opinions

Very taut disaster thriller with a good number of twists and turns. Any movie with the lovely and talented Modena Baccerin is a must see. As a side note, the same day I watched this, a huge meteor appeared in the sky over Minnesota!
