I thought the movie stayed true to the book and by staying in the original time frame Of the book.

Very heartfelt and true to the original story. They didn’t add a lot of 2023 to it which I appreciated. Great acting and music. Will take my girls to see it.

A beautiful story of a young girl finding herself amid the pressures of friends, family, & life. The movie captured the classic book beautifully. I have already recommended this movie to several friends. A fantastic outing for girls & girl-dads or girls & moms.

Good representation of what it was like growing up in the 70's, seemed realistic as a perspective of what a young girl might experience during those times on the east coast. Movie would be enjoyable to a young girl.
