A very good take on a Wim Wenders classic parable/concept transplanted to LA. Everybody was perfectly cast and wonderful. Good to see that local Angelenos are still actually working in Hollywood and not in other tax shelter states or provinces.

GOOD FORTUNE was funny, timely, and surprisingly real. It does a great job poking fun at the differences between income levels while also showing how hard it can be just to get by these days. It touches on serious stuff—like people struggling to meet basic needs—but does it with humor that feels natural and not forced. It made me laugh, but also made me think about how uneven things can be right now. That said, I do wish Keanu Reeves’s character hadn’t been written to be so silly. He had a pivotal role, and I think a bit more seriousness in his lines would’ve made his part hit harder.

Loved it! Good acting.

I thought it was quite funny and very heartfelt. All of the actors did a great job especially Keanu Reeves. I also felt that the critique on app/gig economy was spot-on...it was a very good examination of the current state of our economy.
