It was alright. The performances were overall okay. I prefer the book over the movie.

It was okay. 3.5/5 stars. I feel like the main actress who played supergirl was good, but the movie focused too much on Ruthy. I feel like it could've done without her or she could've played a better supporting role. Overall, good movie. It was heartfelt at times when Kara shares the story of her parents.

She was too dirty run down and a mess. She was miscast. It was better than I expected but James Gunn needs to let others control a film. It smells of guardians and mad max. He can do better.

It was 80% Kara battling her demons. Basically every part that Milly Alcock was in felt like pitiful. But Ruthy had some good parts. I felt myself cheering for this girl more than Supergirl. And Jason Momoa had some of the BEST parts. He made the movie in my opinion. I was also not a fan of how there were child brides/trafficking in there. It could've done without it and still made sense. Its supposed to be empowering for women/girls yet that felt gross. Lastly, I think the soundtrack couldve been better. You advertised Blondie so I was expecting bigger hits from the 80s.
