I expected a rather corny movie and was not disappointed. But it was a very entertaining ride, and we laughed out loud throughout the movie. Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon's characters came off as both a bit crazy as well a loving. Over the top, but the lineup of a hilarious cast, with so many well-known comedians in the mix, just kept the laughs coming. Leanne Morgan is a stitch and seeing other familiar faces kept the fun going. Afterward, we watched groups form and laugh while digesting all the funny scenes. Lots of fun in that theater!

This was a laugh out loud movie within the first 10 minutes. My first big laughs coming from Jimmy Tatro in his first scene. I thought his character, Dixon, was the perfect mix of depth and humor. I thought Meredith Hagner's character was so likable. Unsurprisingly, Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell put on amazing performances. The juxtaposition of their two family dynamics was really fun to watch. I thought Geraldine Viswanathan captured exactly the character that they wrote. She and Will Ferrell had such a good dynamic with one another. Our entire theater was laughing the entire time!

Movie is hilarious. I love the different ethnicities in the movie and also the father & daughter bond.

I love love rom-coms and I really enjoyed this movie. It was so funny had me laughing all the time. And the story line is relatable. I would recommend this movie.
