Excellent setup/explanation for the conjuring series. Cinematically impressive. Enjoyed this portrayel of this film. Cool experience having nuns there. Was non stop on your toes to see what happens next. A must see for true horror fans.

It had a great atmosphere and built on the mythology of the Conjuring franchise. It featured great cinematography and acting. I would definitely recommend this film.

It was pretty good, they're playing a bit fast and loose with the timeline though. If Taissa sends it back to hell in 1952, how does valak get back out to torment Vera in 1976?
