It was a fresh take on a apocalypse movie. I appreciated how minimal it was and it focused on the characters versus the pending apocalypse. I did feel like a two hour length was a little long. It did linger in places that may be needed to be cut for pacing. But overall it was a solid movie that was worth the watch

Overall good. What’s super annoying is the writing at the beginning. The mother drying her hair and missing the tv announcement, of course. Then she stands there looking clueless and not believing him, of course. Then she worries about the car when he backs up?! Nobody would give a darn about the car. Then they have the medicine near the child, no mother who has a child with a chronic illness would led the medicine out of her sight. That was so bad. And then to top it of she mentions the illness to someone. Then she again doesn’t get that the two people are after her wristband?! I mean come on. And then looses her son. All of that was so cliche of thinking. And it’s like serious. It got better after that. Husband role was written well.

I enjoyed the family dynamic in the movie. I felt a sense of rooting for them to get to safety. Overall it's an enjoyable disaster movie that I would definitely watch again

Nothing to get excited about. A basic plot that has been used in much better productions. Acting was ok. Effects were pretty good, with comet fragment impacts happening randomly throughout the show giving lots of opportunity to show off the cool effect of an impact. All in all, I enjoyed the show and the 2 hour escape it provided. I had hoped for more.
