My Father was a decent comedy that could definitely be a family friendly movie. Some of the humor was hit or miss however it was definitely a fun movie.

decent comedy. narrow theme. good chemistry between de Niro & Sebastian. Italians & other immigrants can relate & connect with.

A funny look at the importance of family. I'm not always a fan of DeNiro, as some of his roles appear as though he's just "phoning it in".., but in this one, he did a very good job portraying his character.
