I thought it was great family movie . It was a movie about not giving up and believing in yourself

The #1 problem with true life stories is that there are frequently similar stories that are too close—in this case, the Rookie. Right now, with Covid still on everyone’s mind, going to the cinema needs to be justified by the event requiring a massive screen—such as a Marvel adventure movie. This was a very entertaining movie but I could enjoy it as much on Netflix as at the cinema

I enjoyed the movie. Would have been better if it showed more of his football story.
