Simply astonishing. My only complaint was that there wasn't another hour of it to sit through. Give us an extended cut like LOTR got!!!

Was such an amazing movie to experience! Wonderful cast, great acting, wonderful story. Im excited to see chapter 2!!!

I loved it! I feel it did a much better job of explaining the events of the storyline than the 1984 version (I have also read the book).\r\rGreat cast, excellent special effects. I’m excited to see it again. \r\rGood choice to split the movie into parts, but now I can’t wait for part 2!
