There were too many loopholes. But I enjoyed Isabelle Hubert.

I saw the film because Isabelle Huppert is in it. It's an average horror film with a famous French actress who is used t talking risks in films.

It was watchable and unpredictable.

The plot calls for too much suspension of disbelief. While there are some genuinely good moments in the film, it ultimately doesn't hold up. The ending feels hollow and doesn't really provide any sense of closure. The characters, including the heroine, are far too one-dimensional and don't really inspire empathy. The father character was never developed and honestly contributes nothing other than a forced plot device.
