It's a good harrowing depiction of the onslaught of the end of the world, but it leaves a little to desire. It's nothing new to the apocalypse landscape, and at a running time of nearly two hours, it's a little too long. There are some good destruction sequences, but the script and performances were a little contrived. It feels like a more drawn out Armageddon, but without the asteroid drilling. It's still a nice popcorn flick if you have nothing else to watch.

The idea behind the movie was good, but the execution was done very poorly. The movie didn't do a good job in drawing me in. And the ending had a rushed feeling. Through out the movie, it hyped up this big ending, for it to just be done and clear in just seconds

A standard doomsday flick that is elevated by showing a range of human reaction to the impending crisis. Better than average acting lifts a subpar script, and provides an enjoyable flick to take your mind off of the world around you.

It was a very interesting concept and the action was nicely spread throughout the movie. I was sad I didn't get get to see the ending due to computer malfunction. However the suspense and action were worth it.
