although I reserved in time, expecting to watch at 8 instead of starting at 7:30, I could not access the film. I thought the instructions permitted starting with a delay, provided reservation was on time

It would not play. Just kept spinning.

Feedback/Final Account:\rThe feed froze 3 minutes after the film began, and because I couldn’t re-enter the screening after it began, that was the end of the screening for me. I immediately contacted customer support, everything they suggested had already been done BEFORE the screening. I mentioned I had been able to watch the entire Atlanta Film Festival on Eventive on the same device (my computer, no casting, no mirroring) w/ no problems, so I don’t think problem was on my end. I asked for consideration for a free pass to Final Account in a theatre & received no response. Bad experience.
