Slow and one time watch…

The movie felt rushed. Beetlejuice was barely in the movie. The storyline wasn't that great. I was expecting more from this movie.

The story line was everywhere.

It contains some interesting ideas, but it's incredibly messy and overstuffed. There's way too much pointing at the original film for no real purpose in this movie. And while the heavy use of CGI doesn't look too bad, it's nowhere near as distinct or impressive as the stop-motion used in the original.
