The movie was a bit of a slow burn for me and with interesting angles. The twist is smart but still predictable. Not worth the full theatre price but maybe more for half off Tuesdays or $5 Tuesday deals.

With such a great cast and above average performances it was not enough to carry the story line.

Strengths: excellent performance of Kenneth Branagh as Poirot, the overall camp and cheeky fun of the production. The framing device at the beginning of the film detailing the origin of Poirot's signature mustache was a nice touch. \rWhen focus shifts to the suspects the film gets a bit muddy with set up and one too many attempts to broaden the scope with poorly rendered CGI. Great cast. The story was about 30 minutes too long. It could have been tightened up. That's our only complaint.
