Bon mélange d'action et de suspense. Belle photographie et bonne musique..

Miss Bala is a solid crime drama with strong performances by it's talented cast. The suspense is maintained throughout the film and there are enough twists and turns to keep you interested. In fact the only weakness of the film is that it is in a genre that has been overdone. Yes we have seen movies that feature drug Cartels and crooked cops before, but this film is stronger than most and is worth watching.

I really liked the trailer but the movie didn't live up to its hype. There wasn't a whole lot of back story to the main character to get you to actually care for her or her friend. Yes, there's a twist....but the twist was lackluster and the movie ended quite soon after. It entertained me while I was sitting in theaters but I don't think I would watch it again.
