It was exciting

Just ok. The story had no real depth to it. Just another disaster movie. The acting was very good and technically it was well done but the story line just wasn't that interesting.

The movie portrayed most people as inherently good with some typically self serving. For the actors to proceed further in the plot while retaining their humanity was good, but I don't think the director/writer conveyed it well enough. Different tropes of "splitting up" and "finding each other" work for various storylines, and it didn't need to be for the end of the earth.
