The storyline is good, however execution was very slow and a bit boring at times.

I hadn't seen Dune (1) when I got the screening passes, so I watched it the day before. I found Dune Part 2, on the whole, to be tediously long and frequently confusing. The multiple gene pools, the treachery of the protagonist's mother... it just seemed like there were too many moving parts to keep track of. It was visually spectacular, but too frikkin loud sometimes. And his premonition of being stabbed is basically a teaser for Dune 3. I'd only recommend this to folks who either love science fiction, or who read the books (or something like it)

Love the cast w/ Austin Butler but didn’t see any thing new in this Part 2 that I haven’t seen in Part I. Hope Part 3 is better

Good vibes. I wish it had a bit more of its own standalone arc though.
