Beautifully done. Bravo, BBC!

Great Movie, 4.5 stars actually! Enjoyed the host of what seemed to be fairly new actors which made the movie overall a great movie because, I was not focused on just one actor's performance. I could see the importance of each role to convey the story. The ending was predictable but, in a good way! Unpredictable would have been Ms. Aberdeen dying & that would have made this NOT A GOOD MOVIE!

Far from Madding Crowd was a pretty period picture. Loved the land and the costumes. All in all

Liked it. Beautiful scenery. Well-acted. Resolved a little early - too quickly in the end - or it would have been wonderful.
