Jackie Chan is a phenomenal actor with physical talent only a handful of actors presently have. Jackie's role in The Foreigner is a refreshing change from his prior roles which depict him to be a goofy character that jumps and runs around doing martial arts. This role takes on a more serious tone and demands more raw emotions from the actor, which at times does borderline creepy (but I think that is the point?). The plot of the movie however was not great- if this was played by another actor, I would not give this movie a high rating..

Nice reveal for Jackie Chan. Great to see his acting chops extended to dramaction.
