It wasn’t go to the movies funny. It should have been a streamed movie. The previews were pretty much the movie. The weirdness of her family was unnecessary. It felt like it could have been funnier given cast. My Italian husband loved the Italian references

It has laugh out loud funny moments. And it was touching at times as well.\rI enjoyed the narration and the history at the beginning,

I would recommend it to others for Sebastian and the cast. It's a good family movie, and I loved the nuggets of Italian-American culture that came through in the film. I did overhear others in the theater comment that they wish there were subtitles for the Italian commentary by De Niro.
